DAY 1 DEPARTURE FROM YOUR CITY
Check in at the airport three hours earlier for boarding to Venice.
Overnight flight.
DAY 2 VENICE HALF DAY WITH LUNCH
Arrival in Venice, airport pick up and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the morning is free for personal activities. In the afternoon, city tour in Venice (4-hour long), beginning with Piazza San Marco, and then sightseeing tour to the Floating City. Enjoy the view of Saint Mark’s Basilica, the Bell Tower and Doge’s Palace, symbol of Venetian power, from where the story of the Bridge of Sighs will be told. The tour continues to Murano with a watertaxi transfer to visit a glass factory. Free time for shopping. Dinner and overnight in Venice.

DAY 3 VENICE PADUA | BEVILACQUA | ESTE | VERONA
After breakfast, we head to Padua and then to Verona. In Padua, city tour including the iconic St. Anthony’s basilica. Among other things, Padua is worldly known as the place where Saint Anthony, famous Portuguese Franciscan (also known as Saint Anthony of Lisbon, where he was born in 1195), lived for many years and died in 1231. The local people celebrate the anniversary of his death on June 13. Proceeding to Bevilacqua, we will have lunch there. Afterwards, we will head to Este. The tourists will have time to visit this Medieval village and its main attraction, Carrarese Castle, built in 1339. Today, the castle has a very suggestive indoor garden. After the tour, we will carry on to Verona, where Adige River crosses the city. The hills around Verona set the harmony and beauty of Romeo and Juliet’s city. Check in at the hotel, dinner and overnight in Verona.
DAY 4 VERONA CITY TOUR
After breakfast, a panoramic view of the city from the top the surrounding hills. We will take a walk through the historical center passing by the main city squares and monuments: Piazza Bra, Arena, Juliet’s House, Piazza delle Erbe, Torre dei Lamberti, Piazza dei Signori, Della Scala graves, St. Anastasia Church, Porta Borsari and Castelvecchio. The tour lasts 4 hours. Lunch at a typical Veronese restaurant. Return to the hotel for relax, free time, dinner and overnight.
DAY 5 VERONA | MANTUA | CREMONA Breakfast. Deaprture to Cremona, stopping for lunch at the medieval city Mantua. Mantua has an unpaired architecture, with houses, churches, museums, palaces and all carefully preserved, that belonged to the lords that ruled the city political destiny. After enjoying a typical lunch, we will head to Cremona. Arrival and check in at the hotel, free time, dinner and overnight.
DAY 6 CREMONA ASTI ALBA (THE LAND FAMOUS FOR TRUFFLES)
Breakfast. City tour in Cremona. One of the first visitis will be at the monumental Piazza del Comune (Cathedral, Baptistery, Torrazzo Tower, City Hall, Soldiers’ Loggia). Inside the Cathedral, we will be able to admire the magnificent frescoes dating back to the early 16th century, offering the chance to compare the works inspired by Giorgione, Perugino and Rafael to the artists of so-called anti-classical: Bembo, Melone, Romanino, Pordenone. We will visit the stone collection inside the Romanic Baptistery. Finally, the tour ends with a visit to the violin-makers workshops, showing the impressive steps of violin-making by Cremonese traditional process. Lunch at a typical restaurant and prosecution to Alba, the deservedly capital of Langhe, famous for its food, wine and truffle. Dinner and overnight in this small village.
DAY 7 ALBA | BAROLO | MARCHESI DI BAROLO | TURIN
Breakfast and departure to Turin. We will enjoy a tour in the south of Piedmont, a predominantly agricultural region where some of the best italian wines are produced. We will discover a picturesque town called Barolo. Then we will visit Cantine dei Marchesi di Barolo, close to Castello Falletto di Barolo, built in 10th century as a ramparts against invasions. Later it became residence of French marquise Juliette Colbert, who created Barolo wine. Visit to the wine cellar inside the castle, which presents a great selection of the best wines produced in the region. Lunch (included) at the restaurant, heading to Turin. At the hotel, free time, dinner and overnight.
